- How many months are you planning to pay?
- Until when do you want to pay? Let us know so we can send you a loan computation.
3. Reserve your house.
4. Complete all your requirements.

US Citizen/Foreign National Buying Guide
1. Sign up for PAG-IBIG.
- U. S. Citizen and Foreign Nationals are NOT qualified for Pag-ibig Loans, however, they can enlist a trusted relative to become a member if this is the preferred mode of payment.
- Pick or choose a trusted relative who is a Resident Filipino Citizen living in the Philippines then we will facilitate his membership in Pag-ibig.
- Valid ID with signature (husband & wife)
- Marriage contract
- Birth certificate
- Proof of billing address
4. Pay/remit the monthly thru your trusted relative and ask her/him to send us the PROOF OF REMITTANCE.
IMPORTANT: The Proof of Remittances will be the proof of your trusted relative's capacity to pay which is needed for approval of the loan at PAG-IBIG.
OFW Buying Guide
1. Sign up for PAG-IBIG.
- Be sure to update your membership payment if you're a member already. If not, inform us and we will help you sign up to be a member.
- Appoint a trusted person to be your ATTY-in-fact or your representative here in the Philippines.
- Fill out a form (Special Power of ATTY) and have it notarized at any notary public in your place/country of work.
2. If you don't want to sign up for PAG-IBIG, you can choose In-House Financing.
3. Drop these at our office:
- Contract of employment
- Payslip
- Your contact number, residential address and email address
- Your employer's contact number, office address and email address
- Valid ID with signature
